Shipping Information
Ground
shipping is available within the continental USA for a flat rate of $10 regardless of size. For most orders your custom built encoders
will ship within 3 to 4 business days. Orders with higher volumes
(5 encoders or more) may take a little longer. IMPORTANT:
If you need your order by a specific date, or have ANY shipping
questions, please call Customer Service before placing your order. Additional charges may apply on encoders ordered under our Expedite Options.
All orders outside the continental USA must contact cs@encoder.com
Depending on your location, ground shipping from our factory in
Sagle, Idaho can take from 3 to 7 business days. Faster shipping
methods within the continental USA are listed below.
UPS Standard Ground - $10
UPS 3 Day Select - $20
UPS Next Day Air - $40
FedEx Express Saver (3 day) - $20
FexEx Priority Overnight - $40
Or you can charge the shipping to your FedEx account.
