FREE ground shipping within the continential USA is available on all orders regardless of size. For most orders your custom built encoders will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Orders with higher volumes (5 encoders or more) may take a little longer. IMPORTANT: If you need your order by a specific date, or have ANY shipping questions, please call Customer Service before placing your order.

All orders outside the continential USA must contact sales@encoder.com

Depending on your location, ground shipping from our factory in Sagle, Idaho can take from 3 to 7 business days. Faster shipping methods within the continential USA are listed below.
